  9. Upon getting the prompt type GO BLUERIBBON, select Libraries, then
  10. select Library 15 (Blue Ribbon on the list).
  11. Then you can view, search, or download from there.  Use Compuserv B+
  12. for the best speed (CIS doesn't support ZModem).
